Before her immigration to the United States in 2011, she has been practicing law for over ten years in Moscow, Russia. Victoria Shelegina brings vast experience in international business law to the U.S. immigration practice where she often represents businesses and investors where an understanding of business is a plus.

In 2011, Victoria started her work in the field of U.S. immigration. She worked and volunteered at the largest legal aid companies and resettlement agencies in the United States, and one of the top-20 immigration firms in Orlando, FL.

Being an immigrant herself, she has a unique perspective into her chosen practice area. She knows firsthand the challenges that her clients face and the ways to overcome those burdens in the legal field.

Victoria Shelegina is fluent in English and Russian, and conversational in Spanish and Ukrainian.
